​Rescheduling & Cancellation

 

 

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the original booking date. All bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Future bookings will require full payment and a new deposit.

Session Duration

 

• The session duration ranges from 60 mins to 2 hours, depending on the package selected.

​

EDITING & DELIVERY

• Editing takes approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the package. Please plan your shoot accordingly, especially for birthdays or special events.

• We are unable to guarantee same-day or rush delivery if booked close to your required date.

• Express Edit (2-5 days $300)

• Extra edited photo($15 per photo)

PAYMENT AND TERMS​

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking (1–3 weeks in advance).

• The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the session.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

• Additional family members (e.g grandparents, siblings, sister or extended family) included in the session are subject to an extra fee of SGD 50 per person.

​

EDITING POLICY

 

• Editing includes enhancement of images captured during the session. Extensive retouching or manipulation (e.g, body changes, outfit color changes, compositing images) is not included and may incur additional charges, subject to approval.

RAW PHOTOS OR UNEDITED PHOTOS

 

• RAW or unedited images are not included. Only professionally edited images will be delivered.

• If you wish to purchase all RAW images, an additional fee of SGD 200 applies.

​

CAKE SMASH SESSION

• Cake is not provided. Clients are responsible for bringing their own cake, ideally matching the chosen theme and outfit.
